After processing, your order will be dispatched, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can expect to receive your package within 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday). We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframe, don’t worry - delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, holidays, weather, or other circumstances. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 3 working days (Monday - Friday) before reaching out. Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@norarose.co. Once your order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
