Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. After that we won't accept your returns. Please make sure the items are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. To start the return process, send an email to info@norarose.co with your order details and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Make sure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transportation. Bear in mind that you are responsible for any return shipping costs, but do not worry as we don't charge any restocking fees.
Refunds
After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days so please be patient.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just reach out to us at info@norarose.co with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@norarose.co. Once your order has been processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event you receive damaged or incorrect items, we’re here to help! Take a photo of the issue and email it to us at info@norarose.co. We’ll make sure to resolve the problem and send you the correct item or a replacement. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
